Joining Second Story
Second Story Media is a group of students; not the regular kind, but the kind who work late and stay up the extra hour for that next project, next idea and next spark. A spark that can reignite a community, define a business and change lives.
Second Story Media acts as a three-hour communications elective credit. We meet in Walker Hall on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. As an agency member, you will:

Take on a formal agency role based on your unique skill set.

Collaborate with student team members who share an equal passion for their work.

Gain experience with real-world clients and projects.

Have fun while building your portfolio.

Pursuing a career in communications or related fields.
Second Story admits new members each semester. Once admitted, the course will become available to add to your class schedule. Applications for Spring of 2024 will open Sept. 25 and will close Oct. 24. Decisions will be sent out Oct. 27.
