During the Fall 2025 semester, The F.A.R.M Cafe team was tasked with deliverables that challenged their inner filmmaker, and delivered in a way that wouldn't have been possible if not for the talent at hand.

F.A.R.M Documentary Film
Our team was tasked with increasing brand awareness, and we chose to elevate that goal by planning a full documentary screening and community event for F.A.R.M. Café. To build momentum, we developed a promotional strategy that included brochures, flyers, and other print materials placed throughout Boone to spark interest and drive attendance.

Screening Event Planning & Production
The event required careful coordination with F.A.R.M. Café and the App Theatre to ensure the documentary screening reflected the heart of their mission. Our team planned the promotional rollout, secured placement for materials around Boone, and structured the event flow to maximize community engagement and awareness.

Our documentary screening highlighted their mission and the impact of their pay‑what‑you‑can model. We created brochures, flyers, and other print materials designed to capture attention and invite Boone residents to learn more about the café’s work. These pieces helped build awareness, drive attendance, and strengthen community understanding of the stories behind F.A.R.M. Café’s service.

AppTV supported the project by publishing a polished feature on the documentary screening, helping elevate the event’s visibility within the broader Appalachian State community. Their coverage added a layer of professional credibility and ensured F.A.R.M. Café’s mission reached audiences beyond those attending the screening.
